Sri Gaddam is a seasoned entrepreneur, who launched four successful companies in the last ten years. He attributes his success to several factors – vision, self-awareness, continuous education, leadership development, corporate governance, execution and perseverance. His greatest accomplishment lies in raising ERP Analysts, Inc. (ERPA). from a two-person organization to Seventy Five million dollar firm providing Oracle consulting and managed services, and delivering successful projects to mid-market and fortune 500 companies. ERPA has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies by Inc. 5000 for six consecutive years, Deloitte Fast 500, & Business First Fast 50 for six years. ERP Analysts, Inc. has expanded services to clients in 36 states in the US and also the Caribbean.
The NGO he founded, “Sponsor Kids Foundation”, encompasses the organization’s goal to make a positive impact in the lives of one hundred destitute children across the world, and supports them up to their under graduation level. Also, successfully launched IndiBlaze, a chain of restaurants in India serving Indian food in Mexican Chipotle Style.
Sri Gaddam earned his MBA from the Max M. Fisher College of Business and attended the Owner/President Management program (OPM 43) offered by the Harvard Business School. Sri Gaddam was a Business First Forty under 40 honoree and 2015 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award recipient from Fisher College of Business.
